Change the powerline adapter password!

Hello,
I have a small problem today that I would like to solve, let me quickly explain my issue.
I have 3 tourist apartments (1 on each floor of the building), on the ground floor there is a livebox pro from Orange, the Wifi signal works up to the second floor (up to the second apartment). However, the third floor does not have Wifi because the signal is too weak. I therefore bought a powerline adapter kit (Ethernet ports + Wifi) two in one.
However, I have not been able to change the password of this adapter to date, and for our clients, the default password is quite bothersome...
I hope I have been clear enough, and I hope you can help me, I am at your disposal for any questions.
