Alcatel f685 and freebox pop

Hello,

I just subscribed to Free, Freebox Pop, and I can't connect my Alcatel F685 landline phone to the base. Are they compatible?

    Hello,

    Normally you connect the phone base to the Freebox Server with the provided RJ11 cable (red connectors).
    The port to be used on the box is also marked in red.

    The phone base must also be powered electrically as usual.

    You might want to restart the box, but this is usually not necessary.

      Rather on the Yellow port, the Red one is for the potential ADSL.

        I did indeed make a mistake.
        But it's not the yellow port either. The socket to use is marked as such and is all the way to the right.
