Instagram support response time

Good evening,

I have a problem with my account; I disabled it but wanted to reactivate it. However, I have two-factor authentication, and unfortunately, I did not save the backup codes. I have tried to contact them several times and received some responses asking me to describe my issue, then another asking me to hold a sheet with a number written on it, etc., to prove it was me. But I haven't heard back since.

My question: do you know the response time of Instagram support? Have you ever experienced something similar?

    Hello,

    The waiting time is random. Instagram can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, and even up to several months to process your recovery request.

    There is no other way to speed up the response time.

    The only solution is to wait for Instagram to get back to you.
