How long does a Steam response take?

Hello everyone, I just had my Steam account hacked and tonight I sent a message to Steam providing everything that was required, I’m sure of it. But now, how long will it take to get a response with the new password? Thank you for your answers and your testimonies...

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hello, when writing our email to Steam support, should we mention that we would like to recover our account? It seems obvious to me that they might suspect it, but you never know.
