Hello,

I would like to know how to delete a video that was uploaded on YouTube without my consent. Furthermore, the person is demanding money from me. Please help me to remove it. They say they will also post it on other sites. I need help.
What should I do?

Hello,
To remove a video from YouTube, you need to:
1. Sign up on youtube.com ("Create an account").
2. Click on the flag at the bottom of the video in question and clearly describe the problem encountered.

Hello,

On any video, there is a "Report" button.

You can therefore report to the "admins" of YouTube that this video was added without your consent.

Afterward, the person can upload it to other sites, so it's best to go see the police, but it also depends on what you did as well..

Is the video really that terrible?

Otherwise, you can indeed report it to the YouTube admins, or file a complaint (although that's a longer process).

You should have also blackmailed the person by saying that you recorded the conversation and that you have friends in the police. Believe me, she would have canceled the video on her own. I say this from experience; mine stayed on YouTube for 2 minutes.

Well, look, click on your YouTube account on the right, there's "inbox," etc. Then click on "video." After that, all the videos will appear. Click on the video you want to delete. Then at the top, it says "action," click on "action," then it says "delete," click on "delete," then click on "continue," and there you go, it's deleted.
