Premiere Pro: my video is not exporting completely

Hello everyone,
As indicated in the title, I have a problem with Premiere Pro.
I've been editing videos on this software for a few months on Windows, and I've had no problems of this type until now.
To summarize, these videos are screen captures (drawing software) that I speed up and put to music (to make "speedart"), and I then post them on YouTube. The final rendered videos usually last about ten minutes, and I once even exceeded thirty minutes without any issues.
A few days ago, I edited yet another video, as usual, and it went without any problems. In total, it was 13 minutes long, so I started the export as normal. However, when I returned to my PC to check if the export was finished, I noticed it had been stuck at 50%, which has never happened before
(I should mention that my computer usually takes between 2 and 3 hours to export videos, and it had been over 5 hours; I waited another half hour and nothing had changed)
I then tried again twice; this time everything went well during the export, but there was a problem with the render: the video is cut off and lasts only 3 minutes. The second time, after cleaning up my files a bit (my computer has 100 GB of space and it was nearly full), I tried again and this time the render lasted 5 minutes.
I really don't know what to do anymore; I don't think it's a storage problem because I currently have 3 GB free and I've been able to export my last videos with less than that.
I really need help, and I can provide more information about my software or my PC if needed, so feel free to ask for further details.
Thanks for reading all of this, and thank you in advance for your help!

Hello, a common cause is that your project is polluted, meaning it contains invisible micro-scenes from cuts or transitions that are too short in time to be exported.
My solution: inspect your project by stretching (zooming in) the timeline and spotting lines of 1 to 2 frames that are remnants of files.
"Donkeys change their minds, not fools."
Please remember to tag your message as "resolved" if that's the case.
