Hello,
Everything was working well a month ago, but for some time now, and after an update, I haven't been able to upload any video files, whether they're .mp4, .avi, etc. Photo/audio formats import without any problems, though.
Whether I drag and drop or browse, I get the message Importing files failed *error message: unable to open the file on the disk.
Do you have any suggestions, please?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 64.0.3282.140

It is possible that your decoders/plugins are corrupted or missing after this update...
If your copy of Premiere is not "legal" and you updated from a cracked/pirated version, then it is the Adobe servers that have disabled your copy or part of your copy.
On the other hand, if your software is "legal", simply install CCleaner (on Windows). Then launch CCleaner, go to the "Tools" section, the first visible section is the list of installed applications, go and click once to select the line corresponding to Premiere, and you will have 4 choices on the right: Uninstall, Repair, Rename, and Delete.
Choose "Repair". Then confirm. Finally, after the repair, restart your computer. Then try importing the videos again.
Good luck

I'm considering formatting my PC to Windows 7 just to test, as these are not the only problems I've been having since my migration to Windows 10...
I'll keep you updated.
