Unable to access Sage Payroll v11

Good evening everyone,
I need your help please, actually since last Wednesday I can no longer access my Sage Payroll software v11.
I can open the software but when I try to open my database, it shows 2608 duplicate index followed by OK. When I click OK, a message appears saying it's impossible to update and open the company.
I don’t know what to do, I need to process my company’s payslips.
Please help me

For these professional products, there are direct aids or maintenance contracts, for which you must be registered with the company and therefore have an activated version, which CCM cannot verify.

I tried to make you understand that there is no customer service for this software on CCM. It is provided either through the reseller or directly from the publisher, provided you have subscribed to a paid maintenance contract, which seems to me to be the minimum when you are providing services that are also paid.
You will not find participants on a forum substituting for commercial services, even if some use this type of software, which is not my case.
Moreover, the short deadlines you mention are absolutely incompatible with the rules of this forum, which are to provide answers on their free time and therefore without any urgency requirement.

What’s more unfortunate for me is that he is currently away, so without his company information and the client code, I can't access the knowledge base.
For the second link, I uninstalled the software and changed the location as indicated in the link, but the same message still appears. I'm left to fend for myself and I don’t know what to do. As a small business that provides services related to the issuance of company payslips, I’m lost. I don’t know what to do; I need to deliver the payslips by tomorrow at the latest, but my software isn't working????????????
