Error on SAGE PAYE and HR 500

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can help me solve this problem. What should I do? I am currently using SAGE PAIE and RH 500 version 14 and every time I close the program I get these messages:

Exception EAccessViolation in module pmSW32.exe. 'Reading from address 01ED930D.

The instruction at '0x004031fd' uses memory address '0x01ebb4b8'. Memory cannot be 'read'. Click OK to terminate the program.

    Salut, je cherche quelqu'un qui puisse m'aider à résoudre ce problème. Que dois-je faire ? J'utilise actuellement SAGE PAIE et RH 500 version 14 et à chaque fermeture du programme, j'ai ces messages :

    L'instruction à 'Ox004031fd' emploie l'adresse mémoire '0x01ebb4b8'. La mémoire ne peut être 'read'. Cliquez sur OK pour terminer le programme.
