To solve your problem, do this
- right-click on start-find program file-find pmssaari or pmssybel depends on the root where the payroll is installed
- then find RaZRes which looks like a torch
- click on it, a window will open
- enter the code of the user who was connected just before the shutdown
- click on reset
NB: if the problem is resolved, it will show you a message indicating that the process has been successfully completed
otherwise it will say: no process executed

I managed to recover some data, but today we are trying to open SAGE and it is impossible; it displays the following message: RUNTIME 216 AT 00404DDE.
