Aliexpress Orders Not Found But Charged to Account

Hello, I placed five orders on November 18, 2020, on Aliexpress and paid by credit card.
However, I have not received any order confirmation, no order number either in my email or in my customer area, and no payment ticket even though all amounts have been deducted from my account.

So I can't contact them through the form. Do you have any suggestions?
