Surprised and shocked, on December 26, 2019, I was charged 19.99 euros that I never authorized, nor did I make any purchase. The only purchase made on your site dates back to early December for a FIFA 20 game for my son, and that purchase was completed—case closed for me. But surprise! You charged me 19.99 euros without me having made another order, which constitutes an unauthorized payment under article L133-24. I am simply and purely requesting my refund. This kind of unpleasant surprise is not at all nice, especially with the financial difficulties we are facing right now in France. Please avoid such operations as they can cause us issues with our banks. Pfff.

In that case, it seems that the Terms and Conditions of the site (which you must have read before completing your purchase) indicate a monthly subscription of €19.99 unless you cancel within 14 days after your first purchase.
Although their way of doing things is a bit questionable, it seems to be "legal" nonetheless.
Start by canceling and see with your bank to block any future potential withdrawals.
You can also try contacting them to see what can be done.
