Hello,
I haven't been with mediaserv for at least 5 years, and I would like to delete my email name so that I can recover it.
Is that possible and how can I do it?

    No, it is not possible; if you want a specific domain name, you have to purchase it.

    Thank you for your response, but it's not a domain name, I just want to replace the email @mediaserv with @gmail.

      Nothing prevents you from creating an address on Gmail and then transferring all your messages from Mediaserv to Gmail.

    Apparently Gmail refuses because the account exists on Mediaserv.
