The problem with these TVs is that each manufacturer has its own design for the menus, and it’s hard to keep track... It’s not like cars... or Windows.

However, we can draw an analogy with Android smartphones...

So go into "Settings"... I suppose you are on == Network ==> Wi-Fi... == Choose one ==> Connect... you should see your IP Address like 192.168.xx.yy and your MAC address like 3c-cf-5b--xxxx and further down "IP Settings" click on it == DHCP or Static protocol.. choose Static OK

Your IP address will show up, something like 192.168.x.Y You keep it, but this number can be different, OK then for the gateway it’s really 192.168.x.1 replace "x" with the number that showed up for you first. == Next ...24, you put 24...
Next DNS1: you put 8.8.8.8 next DNS2: you put 8.8.4.4 ===> next or OK, it's done
You might need to save or register on yours..??

That said... there are many other factors that come into play... Including your internet provider... Your BOX, the brand and model... Your subscription... and what you want to watch...

After that, you might need to unplug the TV’s wall socket... for 5 minutes then plug it back in... and restart the system...
