Hello,
I bought an LG brand TV and it is a smart TV.
Unlike some models from the brand, I don't need a specific key or accessory to connect it to my box via Wi-Fi (Livebox).
Unfortunately, I can't connect it.
The Livebox is recognized but after entering the code, I remain "not connected."
I am sure about my code (I've even tried changing it, but the TV still won't connect).
Is there anything I can do?
Thanks in advance!
(I don't have the reference right now but I can find it if you need it)

Hello Le-cactus-piquant,
Through your screen, access the menu "Home" -> Settings. Then head to the icon representing a "Globe" (network). And access the first section "Network configuration".
A table displaying the possible access points will appear.
At the bottom of this table, there is an option for advanced pre-configuration.
This will allow you to connect your screen to your router.
Please note that via Wifi, your screen can only connect to the local network via a static IP addressing and not dynamic.
Lastly, it is strongly recommended to enable DHCP service on your router to standardize your network configuration across the various devices connected to your home network.

I have exactly the same problem as the prickly cactus, however, I cannot perform "advanced setup" on my TV model. It is the LG 42LA667S.
If there is another solution, I'm starting to pull my hair out.
Thank you in advance.
Thank you.
