RGB RAM Synchronization Issue

Hello, I bought several Ballistix RGB RAM kits a few months ago,
My setup is as follows:
- Ryzen 7 3800x
- B550 ROG Strix Gaming WiFi
- 2x 8GB 3200 RGB Ballistix
- 2x 8GB 3000 RGB Ballistix
- etc...
My problem:
- All the RAMs work in terms of efficiency, but I find it a shame to have paid for RGB if only one of them does not synchronize.
- I tried changing the RAMs around in the slots, but Slot A1 does not want to synchronize, while all the other slots work.
- I tested with HyperX RGB, same problem in Slot A1.
- I contacted Asus about the motherboard and they had me replace it, but the same problem persists in the same slot.
Asus told me that it might be a known issue with Ballistix and that I would need to update the firmware.
The real problem is that Ballistix support is more than incompetent, and I don't know how to update this firmware.
Does anyone have an idea?
Moreover, the Ballistix MOD software indicates that the firmware of slot A1 is 00 00 00 00 while all the others have their codes.

Hello
I think Asus told you nonsense; it is impossible to update the firmware of a RAM stick. It is built into the SPD chip that is soldered onto the stick.

I think that the translation on the Asus website is wrong and that the firmware in question is actually the motherboard BIOS.
On the Crucial website, when searching for firmware, you find everything you want for SSDs, which is normal, and nothing for RAM, which I believe is normal as well..
However:
https://www.crucial.fr/support/articles-faq-memory/problems-with-new-memory
There, they mention the motherboard BIOS.

I understand well and have already tested most of their solutions. I updated the BIOS, etc., but there's no way to resolve this issue...
Here is what the French Asus support replied to me: "We are getting back to you to inform you that this is a known issue from the RAM manufacturer and that you need to contact them to update the RAM firmware."

I completely understand what you mean, and I think that if you had spent for the same purpose as I did, you would also find it a shame that all your setup is perfect and that only one RAM stick slips...
And the more I think about it, the more everything seems to stem from the processor since with HyperX on this slot, it didn’t sync either.

Attached is the Asus page saying to update the firmware; maybe I misunderstood.
