Problème d'installation de modules avec pip

Bonjour,

N'ayant que de simples notions de python, je cherche à progresser avec ce langage de programmation.
Je souhaiterais installer Matplotlib, afin de tracer des représentations graphiques de fonctions notamment.
Cependant, impossible d'installer ce module via la commande saisie "pip install matplotlib"
Après désinstallation de python 3.9 puis réinstallation, toujours le même échec :

Je suis donc sous Windows, python 3.9,
Quelqu'un comprend-il pourquoi cela ne fonctionne pas ?
Merci d'avance, je cherche depuis un moment sur différents forums sans comprendre le problème...
