Channel numbering issue on q-box

Hello, I would like to know how to ensure that the channels start with numbering 1 after installing and configuring the channels on the Q-box TG-1140C decoder, as the first channel in my setup starts at 2001, the second at 2002, the third at 2003, and so on. Thank you for getting back to me.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 80.0.3987.99

    Hello,
    During the installation, you must have skipped a step.
    Perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu)
    Don’t forget to specify the country: France.
    And/or check the box "LCN" (Logical Channel Numbering) to have the channels in the CSA order.

    Wow, that's amazing! It worked. Thank you so much for this valuable advice; I hadn't actually reset to factory settings initially. As soon as I did that and relaunched the channel search, everything was back to normal. Thanks again and again!
