LG TV with built-in TNT channel search issues

Hello,

I have a problem with the reception of TNT channels.

I start a scan and it finds 37 channels, but once the installation is complete, it shows me a message that no channels are found. Attached are the screenshots.

Good evening,

Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power supply, wait five minutes and plug them back in. Then perform an automatic channel scan.
If there are no results and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
