Issue receiving channel 6 with the Freebox

Hello,
I have a first-generation Freebox and I can no longer receive channel 6.
I tried what you suggested by unplugging my Freebox using the power button on my remote control, but it still doesn't work. Do you have any other solutions?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 72.0.3626.121

    Hello,
    Try to unplug everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug back in.

      The M6 channel at my place works and then doesn't work, and since this morning, it's a black screen.
