Hitachi TV Channel Numbering

I have a Hitachi TV 65F501 HZ2W66 from early 2017. During the automatic channel tuning, the channels keep being stored under numbers ranging from 101 to 144, without using the numbering from 1 to 100. This makes the programmed buttons from 1 to 9 on the remote control non-functional. Do you have a solution to suggest so that the channels are programmed normally? Thank you for your help.
