Erreur 100016 Scan Epson

Bonjour,
mon imprimante Epson XP-4100 affiche le message "Err Scanner. une erreur est survenue lors de la numérisation" et un code 100016.
j'ai éteint et rallumé l'imprimante, attendu 10mn après l'avoir débranchée, relancé l'ordinateur....toujours le même message.
Avez-vous une solution? Merci d'avance

In this case, the printer requires maintenance from one of our authorized repairers; error 100016 will be covered even if the printer is out of warranty.
Epson takes care of everything :)).

same problem but the support won't cover the repair because it's out of warranty, it's up to us to get a quote from Maintronic and drop off the machine (1.5 hours away from my place)....
I have error 100016 and Epson told me that the repairs are my responsibility. I insisted, but they didn't want to hear anything about it.
It has only been a few months since it's no longer under warranty.
Epson does not cover anything.
