Hello
If your issue is resolved, despite the inconveniences ;-)
That's what matters.
See you later

If the answer helped you: a little thank you is nice. If it's resolved: the green button at the top, that's better ;-)
Let him who has never opened a user manual throw the first mouse at me.

Hello
Your title "Side by Side Configuration" is not very clear, nor is your message!
You can try this solution
Download the Windows 10 ISO to burn to a DVD or create a USB drive using Microsoft's MediaCreationTool.
Boot from the generated Windows DVD or USB drive.
Enter the information on Language, Keyboard, etc...
Make sure to choose "Upgrade" in the procedure
WARNING, nothing other than Upgrade or you risk losing your programs or documents that are already in your Windows...
Unfortunately, if "Upgrade" is not offered, it means your previous installation is defective, you will need to do a complete installation and you will have to reinstall everything...
Your old documents should be available in the "Windows.Old" folder created by the new installation.
Catch you later
