Endless spinning blue wheel next to my pointer

Hello,  I can't seem to get rid of this blue spinning wheel next to my mouse. I asked in a store that sells computers what it might be, and the person told me it was a program that wasn't closed and that I should go to Task Manager and end the one that's causing this problem, which I don't know. I'm on W10. Thank you for your advice.

I'll give you a rough explanation of the maneuver: each line corresponds to a software that starts up at the same time as W when you boot up... but they are not necessary for its operation and can, in some cases, cause the problem you're experiencing.  So, by disabling them, you can find the one that is causing the issue and then reactivate them one by one if needed...  --  "He who wants to climb a mountain starts from the bottom!" Hello....  Try this: press the big button at the bottom left, in Cortana, type MSCONFIG, then "startup" and there, uncheck everything EXCEPT your antivirus... apply and restart... You don’t have any others below that aren’t in your capture? If these are the only ones, disable "onedrive" and "Ccleaner"... restart and see if it gets any better and ALSO if those two have stayed disabled.... There’s no risk in disabling them, we can reactivate them just by clicking on their icon at any time...  -- "Who wants to climb a mountain starts from the bottom!" I don't have any others? Please look at the screenshots I took (5) on April 13 that Spenceur asked me to send him. My 11-inch Asus laptop has been repaired because I could no longer access it. Are you on W8 or W10? Download Ccleaner for free:  https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/5647-ccleaner/ Once it's done, clean (1st icon on the left) as long as it finds anything, then click on registry below and look for errors...fix them without saving...then let me know... @+   -- "Who wants to climb a mountain starts from the bottom!"
