Hello everyone,
Yesterday, I received an external DVD CD burner from the brand Cocopa. It works with plug and play. I plugged it into my USB port, and nothing happened. However, the orange light on the drive blinks at first.
I put a CD in it and unplugged/replugged the drive. For a very brief moment, it appears in the devices (under the name: USB Drive (E:)) and drives of the computer. Then, it becomes transparent and disappears. When I click on it, it says: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. I don’t understand what that is.
I tried to check in the Device Manager, but the DVD/CD drive tab doesn't appear.
Can you help me?
Thank you :-)
