External DVD drive not detected

Hello everyone,

My computer doesn't have a built-in CD/DVD drive, so I bought an external CD/DVD drive that I connect via USB. It used to work perfectly; I just had to plug it in and insert a disc, and it would play automatically.
In the meantime, my PC was sent for Asus warranty service, and Windows 10 was reinstalled on it. Today, when I tried to install a disc on my PC, my external drive is simply no longer recognized by the computer. I should mention that it's a drive that operates without needing to install a driver beforehand. When I plug it in, the green light blinks, it starts to read the disc (I can tell by the noise), and then nothing.
The external drive is from the brand Cocopa. I couldn't find anything online, so I'm coming to you for help.

Thank you for your responses, and have a nice day.

Hello,

Does it no longer appear in the workstation but does it show up in the disk manager?
