Package held by Colissimo postal services

Hello,

It has now been over a week since I have a package from the United States stuck with the postal services due to a missing invoice. I have completed the steps requested by customs and the post office, but to this day I still have no response from them. (the email address that was provided to me: disjoints . cei laposte.fr). I would especially like to know what fees I will need to pay.

American carrier: USPS
Delivery method: First-Class Package International
Purchase amount: $217.05 (on February 17, the day of purchase the price in euros was €204)
I also noticed that the sender had taken out insurance of $200 for the delivery with USPS.

Hello,
the declaration of value (invoice) is necessary for the calculation of taxes (VAT + customs fees).
