Hello, I'm explaining my problem. I ordered a package on AliExpress, my package arrived at Roissy airport since 11/07/15, but the status on the La Poste website shows 'depot'.

If he came from China and arrived at Roissy, he must be in customs.
Either he passes through, or he is confiscated, or you will receive a letter from customs requesting information about the taxable value...

In fact, I made a mistake.
When the package is marked as "depot" or "departure," it means that the package is traveling to the destination country (to France) and is on its way to the depot in France.
After that, there is the arrival in the destination country (status: ROISSY INTERNATIONAL COURIER PIC), then it is transferred to the sorting center, and the status changes to "Arrival in France ROISSY HUB BSCC PIC," and apparently "BSCC PIC" means that it is in customs... which is indeed my case.

For your information, I also called the Post Office in Roissy: 01 74 37 81 13;
I spoke to different representatives.
One told me that my small package, which had been designated as a "Registered International Letter," would not pass through customs and would go through a "normal" mail distribution "PIC." I shouldn't worry, and it would take about a week to receive it...
Some time later, another representative told me they were at least a week behind the usual delivery schedule... then another said that as long as we hadn't reached a month of waiting, no complaint could be filed.
This didn’t stop me from opening my "incident ticket" yesterday morning! -

I am in the same situation as you, my package (international registered letter) arrived in Roissy on 28/11 and hasn't moved since.
What annoys me is that in the meantime, I received other letters from the mainland (sent on 30/11 and received on 3/12, I live on Réunion Island) but my registered letter isn't moving at all :( -

My package has been marked as arrived in France since December 16 and there's still nothing. It's ridiculous, usually once it’s in France it's delivered the next day; now there's no news at all. And you, even worse, yours has been in France since November 26; that’s not normal at all. You should call, I think there’s a problem.
- I received packages sent on November 20, on November 22, which was 10 days ago, and this one dated November 16, which left Guangzhou. I met someone on Facebook who had a tracking number from Guangzhou sent on the same day and at the same time as mine, and he received his package 3 days ago. Something is really wrong; I hope I get my package before Christmas because it's a gift...

I ordered it on the 15th and since the 17th it's indicated that it's in dépôt at Roissy. In the same situation as you, my package ordered on November 24, 2015, via Priceminister has been at Roissy since December 3, according to Track 17. The post office and the seller find this delay quite long, so I called the post office, and they told me to wait and that if I haven't received it by Tuesday the 15th, I should call back to find a solution! I think that some tracking information isn't updated frequently (Track 17 shows the package in transit to the country) and the package comes from Portugal! It's right next to France! It's a bit strange because as far as I know, it shouldn't take 2 weeks for France-Portugal. I just have to wait.

Your package, if I understood correctly, left the country of origin on November 21st? Arrived in France on November 22nd, but what about the follow-up, that is to say 2015-12-13 00:00, there is nothing written, you should have a note like Delivered... with an office code and the department number, right?

Hello there. Let me explain my situation. I ordered a package from China via Dutch Post (What the hell), it's already super weird. Anyway, I ordered on 2.12.15 and it arrived in France at the same date and time as yours. I managed to get in touch with Roissy and it really smells like crap. After three sentences to fall asleep, I literally ripped him apart. And finally, he explained to me that there was about a 2 to 3 week delay and for customs, everything that is sent by Chronopost, EMS, DHL... etc, customs checks it every time, so it adds another week or two, and international registered mail is hit or miss. So I really hope to receive my package before the 25th, but in my opinion, it's screwed.

In my case, it was shipped on 25/11 from Tokyo (it's a figure ordered on amiami, which is a reliable site that doesn't do counterfeiting) and here's what has been indicated on the tracking service for over a week now:

So my package has been at Roissy since 09/12, which is almost 10 days now, and I still haven't received anything. I often order packages from Japan and China, and generally, once they are marked as arrived in France, I receive them within 2 or 3 days (I live in Strasbourg).
Just this week, I received two of my orders via China Post, a T-shirt and a mouse pad.
But I'm very worried about my figure. I had it shipped just like all my other orders, that is to say by Registered SAL, which is international registered mail with a tracking number (indicated as International Registered Letter on the postal website), and I'm afraid it might be stuck in customs. I've already had dozens of packages shipped via this method and none have ever been held, except for two sent by EMS that were taxed upon their arrival by Chronopost.
Generally, if there's a customs hold, it's usually indicated on the tracking, whereas nothing has changed since the 09...
I'm really starting to believe that my package has been lost, and it's stressing me out because the content is worth more than just 10€...
Afterwards, I contacted their customer service (the most efficient of course...) who told me to contact Japan Post and AmiAmi to check with them. That's what I did, but of course, it was pointless because in this story, they both played their roles; AA did indeed ship the package and JP forwarded it to Roissy, so once again the issue is on the French side...
This very morning during my break, I went to the local post office to ask for help at the counter, and the guy, unable to find the correct tracking for my package, vaguely told me that the package was still in Paris and that I would have to wait until at least the end of the week. According to him, this could be due to the influx of packages because of Christmas or maybe customs...
Anyway, I'm sorry for the lengthy message, but I'm really starting to worry about never receiving it, especially since I have other pre-orders that I will need to pay for soon, and if I have the same problems with all of them, it's really going to start frustrating me...-

I have the same issue as you with a package sent from Japan (Arrived in France ROISSY HUB BSCC PIC (93) since 12/13/2015).
It contains video games and just like you, the amount of my purchases is quite... rounded.
I tend to believe that this is a delay due to the holidays because the seller who shipped the package noted an amount that normally doesn't require customs...
Could you keep me updated when your package arrives? I will do the same if anything... -
For me too, the amount was "arranged," and I actually already ordered figurines with a value indicated on the package much higher than this one a few weeks ago, and they were never stopped at customs either. So yes, I will let you know as soon as I have news.
I saw when I got home this evening that one of my other packages from China had arrived (a phone strap), I find it increasingly strange now because this is the 3rd "small" package I received from China this week while my package from Japan is still not moving. I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that it's a large box while the rest came in small pouches... I really don’t know... are they increasing checks on "larger" packages? Is the delay due to the attacks? To the Christmas rush?
But one thing is for sure, many other people on forums are in the same situation as us with this story of packages stuck at Roissy... -

When a package arrives in Roissy (Arrival in France ROISSY HUB BSCC PIC (93)), you should expect delivery to take between 7 and 15 business days, and for it to be in your mailbox (most of the time, no more than 10 days)
However, if the tracking status does not change after 20 days of arrival in France (Roissy hub bscc pic 93), in this case, the blockage mainly comes from customs services (no known delay); either it gets through or it is seized and sealed for destruction, and you will receive a customs letter instead of your package
Ps: never call customs services to get information about your package if you ordered counterfeit goods or prohibited products in France, as it will automatically trigger legal proceedings; it's better to lay low, and in most cases, this cancels the proceedings
All this to say that postal services are increasingly overwhelmed in processing packages from abroad, which is pathetic for a country like France.
