I bought an iPhone4 on Priceminister.

I requested a registered shipping to ensure I would receive my package quickly. The order, which dates back to 10/02/2011, I still haven't received it as of today (2 days for delivery logically in metropolitan France).

When I go to the Colissimo website, I always see the same status, namely: "Your package is ready to be shipped! It has not yet been taken in charge by the Post"

I am therefore requesting your help to know what is happening and what I should do. Is the package lost?

Good evening  Regarding this mention: Your parcel is ready to be shipped! It has not yet been picked up by the Post  In general, it appears when the delivery slip has been printed (by the sender) but the package has not yet been dropped off at the Post. So it is quite possible that it is not the Post that is at fault, but the seller (it should be noted that professional sellers—who often promise fast deliveries—use this trick to make the buyer "wait"... so if professionals do it, I can imagine that a private individual can do it too). -- One being is missing from you And all is desolate

Actually (I think), it's still Priceminster who has it, in my opinion the post office was notified by this same site and then they gave it to them.

Wait until Wednesday or Thursday of next week and then contact PriceMinster (because the post office is not to blame, I think) and then you'll see what you do.
And wasn't the number of days for delivery indicated?

it simply means that the seller has still not posted the package, priceminister has nothing to do with it, the packages do not go through them,
once the package is posted you will see package taken care of by the post and ready to be shipped.
The problem with this site is the mentions "fast and careful shipping" which are never respected, often it takes a week or more.
