Hello,
I wanted to install Windows Server 2019 on a "HP ProLiant DL380G5" server, so I created a bootable USB key with Rufus. Unfortunately, when I boot my server from it, I get the following message:
"EFI PART
Please remove this media and press any key to reboot"
(I am a beginner in networks)
Could you please help me?

What version of Rufus did you use?
It seems that you didn't make the right choice regarding the settings for Rufus 3, which should be:
1- partition scheme: MBR
2- destination system: BIOS (or UEFI-CSM)
3- file system: NTFS
Furthermore, when you manage to boot from your USB drive, be careful with the choice of server 2019 versions: command line or graphical interface (GUI).
