Hello, I'm encountering a big problem on my computer. TrustedInstaller has all the administrative rights and I can't change them because when I try to modify the admin, it says 'access control editor is not found.'

Hello,

TrustedInstaller is the system user for Windows system files and others.
By default, the user does not have write access to these files.
This prevents modifications that could break everything.
Read: What is TrustedInstaller and how to remove it?

You can modify permissions, read: Access denied to a folder: How to obtain administrator rights.

NOW YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT.
And you risk breaking your Windows.
Before touching anything, what are you trying to do? Why?

You are going to mess things up,

To check your computer for potential infections and have a general system status:

Follow the FRST tutorial by clicking on this blue link. ( take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained ).

Download and run the FRST scan,
Wait for the scan to finish, a message will indicate that the analysis is complete.

Three FRST reports will be generated:
  • FRST.txt
  • Shortcut.
  • Additionnal.txt

Send these 3 reports to the site https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ and reply with the 3 pjjoint links that lead to the reports here in a new response so that we can review them.

(The blue links lead to step-by-step explanatory tutorials, click on them for more precise instructions to follow).

Malware that has been placed in system folders can only be resolved with an effective antivirus. Download and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

https://www.malwarebytes.com/

Run a full scan and then remove all detected threats.

TrustedInstaller is not the administrator; it only blocks changes to critical system files to prevent damaging your system.
