Missing Word Application (Windows 10)

Hello,
I pinned Word and After Effects to my desktop (the only apps on my desktop). Then I wanted to have a desktop with no applications (just the wallpaper), so I deleted the shortcuts for those applications that were pinned to my desktop.
Now, I can't find Word and After Effects anymore. Word was already in my taskbar, so I still see the application and can open it without any problem, but I can't find it anywhere else.
I searched in the application search bar and found nothing. I went into my application manager, and there was nothing either. It's still installed on my computer because I can use it (by accessing it through the taskbar)
If you could shed some light on this mystery for me, I would appreciate it.
Have a good evening.

Good evening,
Have you checked from the Start button in the applications list if the applications are present?
https://www.pcastuces.com/pratique/astuces/4763.htm
Also, if you feel like having a desktop without icons again, know that there is a function that allows you to only hide them instead of deleting them https://www.pcastuces.com/pratique/astuces/4612.htm
Best regards.

Look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OfficeXX, you should find the Word executable there.
Or C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OfficeXX if you have the 64-bit version installed.
Best regards.

I looked in both.
I have a 64-bit Windows 10 but I couldn't find it.
In the first one (x86), I'm following the indicated path but when I reach the Office16 folder, I have a folder called "Office setup controller" with license keys and text files but no applications and an application "LICLUA" that I can't open (I don't think that's it).
By following the other path (Programs), entering "microsoft shared", I don't have the applications but folders with complex text files.
No traces of the applications.

By looking a bit more, I managed to find the location of the Word shortcut that was in a "Desktop" location and to find the location of the other applications.
I found all these locations by searching for the application in the Windows search bar, clicking the arrow to the right of the application, and clicking on "Open file location."
In this way, all my applications followed the path C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
I then moved Word to this location and the problem is resolved; the application reappears as an application in my search bar and I can use it normally without having to keep it on my desktop.
The problem is therefore solved.
Thank you for your help!
Wishing you all the best.

Actually, it's no longer displayed in my programs.
While digging around, I noticed that the shortcut I had deleted ended up in my recycle bin.
The problem is that in order for me to find it when I search for it, I have to restore this shortcut, which then automatically puts it back on my desktop.
So, I am no longer dealing with the Word application, which remains unfound, but with the Word shortcut.
For now, I will try to hide my desktop with this lost Word icon in the middle of my desktop.
But I don't know how to find the base Word application.
