Hello everyone in the community.
So, I just installed Windows 10 (reinstalled completely after a little hardware issue) and at the end of the installation and everything, I realized that I can't launch Media Player. I've looked around the system but I couldn't find it (I just installed VLC) but I still prefer Media Player on the PC.
Need Help
THANK YOU

Good evening,

check if the parameter is activated
right-click on the start button then control panel
programs
under programs and features click on turn Windows features on or off
in the multimedia feature line check the box: Windows Media Player

the path to Windows Media Player is located at:

THIS PC / Windows / program files (x 86) / Windows Media Player

Hello @pistouri and thank you for your response. In the end, it’s a Windows version issue. The version I installed, the Windows 10 Professional N, does not contain Media Player. This is due to the European Commission penalizing them for the abusive exploitation of their operating system, which is why the latest versions of Windows from Microsoft are the N versions (lacking a media player system).

THANK YOU
