Hello everyone.
So, the TV's sound cuts out after a few minutes.
I have looked in the settings and reset it to factory settings, but nothing works.
I checked other tutorials and apparently there might be an issue with a small component (capacitor) named C138.
It would just need to be removed by desoldering it.
I would like to get other opinions.
Thank you all for your valuable responses.

Hello and welcome to the CCM forum.
>>> Here is the TV after a few minutes the sound cuts out <<<<
If this happens consistently every time you turn on the TV, it doesn't necessarily mean that this failure is due to a capacitor. The built-in audio amplifier could itself be defective. It may work when cold, and as soon as it heats up, or overheats in case of a defect, the thermal cutoff safety activates, and of course, there will be no sound.
On the other hand, a capacitor is not there by chance. It has a role on a circuit board. If you remove it without further ado, it may potentially lead to other failures or significant humming. If you have doubts about this capacitor, you can replace it with another of the same value and the same voltage but above all, never remove it.
See you...

Hello and thank you for your super quick responses.☺.
I’m not 100% sure it’s a capacitor since I haven’t taken it apart.
However, as mentioned earlier in a tutorial, he removes an element named C138 and apparently there are no more issues afterward. It works.
But before doing anything rash, I preferred to check with others.
Thank you again for your response.
Sincere regards.
