TV Thomson 43UC6306TX1 - unable to use T browser

Hello,
I have a Thomson 43UC6306TX1 smart TV that works perfectly (YouTube, Netflix, BOX connection, HDMI, ARTE app).
My issue is that I would like to go on the internet (and check MyCanal if possible), and when I access the T-Browser app screen, I can enter an address in the menu bar at the top, it displays a page but I can't navigate down the page. I can access the top (history, OK on the address bar, favorites) but I can't scroll down. It’s very frustrating. I’ve tried pressing all the buttons on my remote but it’s impossible... I'm losing hope.
