Horizontal line on TV screen

Hello, my Electrohome television has recently started displaying horizontal lines on half of the screen, making it difficult for me to see half of my screen. Is it repairable or is it destined for the trash?

Configuration: iPad / Safari 10.0

Hi,

When you display the TV menu (not from the box), is it in front of or behind the lines?

If it's in front, it's the motherboard that's affected.
If it's behind like the entire display, it's the panel.

A panel is 80% of the cost of a television.
