New Thomson NEO17c laptop won't start

I received my new Thomson NEO17c laptop yesterday, but it won't turn on. I contacted customer service but haven't received a response yet.
Can you please help me?

    Hello,

    On a new PC, do nothing, wait for the customer service to return for an exchange.

    You can just remove the battery and try to start it with the charger only.

        It may be a laptop where the battery is inside and cannot be replaced.

        So do nothing, wait for customer service.
