JBL TUNE 120 left earbud not charging anymore

Hello,
My boyfriend gave me a pair of JBL TUNE 120 Bluetooth earphones on February 26 of this year. They are less than a month old, always stored properly, and have never fallen. But this morning, the left earbud is not working anymore. What can I do?

      Hi,

      I have the same problem as you and I went to change them... my second pair seems to have the same problem again! Because of Covid-19, I can't go exchange them again...

        It's a connection issue, see a video on YouTube to pair them.

        I have the same thing with the left one, what I do is I move it a bit to the left or right until it stays with the white light and doesn't blink.
