Blinking battery: not charging Lenovo

Hello!

I have a problem with my laptop.
I can't recharge it anymore: when I turn it on, the light blinks and it says that the computer is charging, then not charging and so on.
The computer "charges" only when it is on.
After a while, it completely shuts down and never goes above 1% battery.
I changed the battery and the charger, but the problem still persists...
I've tried several times to keep it on while trying to recharge it a few percent, but unfortunately, it always turns off after a while, even if the light is blinking.

I don't know where to look anymore, do you have any leads?

Hello,

Have you tried this trick: you turn off your PC, unplug it, remove the battery, and then hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds.
You restart it while it's plugged in, then you put the battery back in.
