Hello everyone,
For the past few months, the printer has only been displaying part of the text. We have adjusted the nozzles and cleaned the heads, but nothing changes. Do you have any idea what might be wrong? Thanks in advance :-)

    Hello,
    You need to clean the print head; the nozzles must be partially clogged. You can find cleaning products online.
