Epson XP245 printing issue

Yes, but this printer is Wifi... so it can very well receive something from elsewhere...

It is also very possible that you sent it a document to print... which is very long and not a real document... So it prints anything... and it continues until it's finished... Because it keeps the file in memory until it has printed everything... Even if the computer is turned off

To stop it, you need to go to the print queue (on the PC) and click on cancel...

The print queue is the printer symbol at the bottom right of the screen next to the clock; you right-click on it, and a window will appear with all the ongoing print tasks...

If there are several of you using this printer, you will need to find the computer that is causing the issue.

So, what version of Windows do you have..??

Unplug the wall socket for 5 minutes then plug it back in.. the socket, not the power button

Otherwise.. You should have == Start ==> Control Panel ==> Devices and Printers ==> Double click on your Epson XP-245 ===> new window ==> View current print jobs... New window... you should see the list in progress... Right click on it and select "Cancel"... cross your fingers.
