Hello,

I got a second-hand printer.
Without an installation CD, I managed to download the drivers to connect it to my computer.
Unfortunately, my DeskJet 3070a is asking me to insert the setup cartridges.
I don't have them.
I've been searching online, but I can't find a solution.

What should I do, please?

Is there still hope for me to find setup cartridges? If so, where?

Or should I really let it go?

    Hello,

    You need to try to do a "reset" of the printer by holding certain keys on the keyboard (6 and # to check in the user manual) while plugging in the power cable.

      Thank you for your message.

      I don't have any numbers on that, but I did a reset by pressing the back arrow once, the red cross once, and then pressing the back arrow twice.
      I access the reset. It makes me choose the language and again "use setup cartridges".

      What a hassle.
