Hello, I found the manual for this headset but it doesn't seem to work. I can't find in the TV menu how to connect the two. Can I unplug the power cord from the base and hear a program in the headset? It has nothing to do with what's on the TV. I also tried it on the PC with YouTube, same result... can you tell me where this might come from? Thanks in advance.

    Good evening, we found how to connect to the television, it works well but to play the sound through the TV, you need to unplug the headphone jack. Is this normal?

      A priori yes, the majority of televisions are built this way
      If the headphone jack is used, the sound from the speakers is automatically turned off.
      If this situation bothers you, we can find a system to have sound from both the speakers and the headphones...
      but for that, we need the references (brand and model) of the television.
      This is to know the available audio outputs on this television.
