Hello,

I just bought a Philips SHB5800 Bluetooth headset that I can't pair with my Samsung S5.

I carefully followed the instructions in the quick guide but without success. When I start the search with my Samsung, the headset does not appear!!!

Thank you in advance for any help and/or advice you can offer me.

    Hello,

    I invite you to check the Bluetooth profile of your smartphone; the profiles supported by your headphones are as follows: A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, and HSP.

    Then, during pairing, please press and hold the pairing button for at least 7 seconds to see your headphones appear on your phone.

      Thank you very much. The device was detected after pressing the Pairing button for 7 seconds!!
