TV headset USB receiver connection

I just bought a USB TV headset receiver R-MUSIC reference RM 311012. My Thomson 28HA3203W television does not recognize the USB stick that needs to be connected with a jack cable. Are there any connection tips that I might have missed? Thank you.

Hello,
If it's not too late, the USB key is a radio transmitter that plugs into a USB port on the TV, but just to provide power to the key. Then you need to connect the Jack cable between the key and the headphone output of the TV. After that, turn on the headphones and ... magic ... the sound comes through the headphones! For your information, when the TV is off, you can listen to FM radio through the headphones.
