Grundig bluetooth headset connection

Hello,
I'm trying to connect my Grundig bluetooth headset to my desktop PC which is running Win10 Pro 32bit.
The pairing works but no connection is possible,
originally I don’t have bluetooth on my PC, I'm using a bluetooth dongle
no headphones or headsets want to connect after pairing, or the connection disconnects immediately and it’s impossible to reconnect afterwards.
When connected, it doesn’t appear in audio devices.
((ps: it works on mobile and on Notebook without any problem))
I tested a bluetooth keyboard and connected mobile to the PC and it works without any problem.
My drivers are all up to date;
Could you please suggest a solution?

if it wasn't compatible, ((( Bluetooth keyboard and smartphone wouldn't be paired and connected, it's something else )))
the dongle is perfectly displayed in the device manager (no yellow triangle, and driver is up to date)
what I don't understand is the fact that the headset doesn't appear in the audio output device selection settings
or even if some do appear, they aren't even selectable
