Hello, a few days ago I bought a Runtastic Libra connected scale, but unfortunately I can't connect to it. So I went online to find out more, and apparently it only works with iPhone (iOS)? I should mention that I have a Wiko Y80, which is Android.
And when I want to download the app for Android, I can't find the app... can you please help me because I'm afraid I bought it for nothing :(

Hello,
I am in the same situation as everyone else. Since Runtastic is not a manufacturer, I looked for which model was behind the name Libra. I found a source providing this information. From there, I searched for a functional app provided by another vendor based on the same model (but used under a different name). It is the "Health manager" app from Beurer. In the app's configuration, when you try to add new hardware, you can see that their model "BF800" is identical to the Libra. I tested it and it works. This way, the scale is completely usable. Even though I don't have the history of my weights, it's already something! https://connect.beurer.com/healthmanager/fr-fr/#/cockpit
In parallel, I retrieved my Runtastic data (by going to the "settings" section of the website). I am currently looking for a way to import them into my Beurer account.

There are two aspects: on one hand, the data that was in the Libra and, on the other hand, the data we create by weighing ourselves now that the Runtastic Libra app no longer exists.
If you are not interested in your old data, you can turn to two apps that replace Runtastic Libra on your smartphone or tablet: either OpenScale or Beurer. If you choose Beurer, you can follow the video to perform the operation: https://youtu.be/oG4kjZB5IzE
For the existing data stored by Runtastic, since the implementation of the GDPR, we have access to it. We can recover it by going to the "settings" section of the Runtastic website.
The data retrieved from Runtastic cannot be sent to Beurer because the IT platform does not allow bulk data transfer. The only two platforms that accept it are Fitbit and Google Fit.
The Weighthub app (Windows or Mac) from Weemple allows you to perform this transfer. It is paid (around €13 on Windows) but perhaps we can get reimbursed by Runtastic?
Thus, on one hand, we can access our weight history for free (via the file downloaded from the Runtastic website) and view this history online if we used a tool like Weemple Weighthub (paid), but also, on the other hand, track our weights for free on the Beurer or Openscale platform. In case we want to centralize our data on Fitbit or GoogleFit, we can also use Weighthub to transfer from Beurer:
1. We download our data from Beurer (as we did for Runtastic)
2. We use Weighthub for the transfer
