Hello,
I need to reinstall PINNACLE 21 on my PC after installing Windows 10, as 7 is nearing its end.
I'm having trouble. It asks me to check the "EULA." I don't know how to do that, can you help me? Thank you in advance!

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.88

Hello, uninstalling editing software is a delicate process. You must thoroughly clean the registry of any traces of the old version using the proprietary software Pinnacle: "reg delete."
Send a ticket to Corel explaining your problem; they will respond by outlining step-by-step instructions for uninstalling, cleaning, and reinstalling.
EULA (END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT) is your proof of purchase along with the serial number and installation codes; you should always keep it backed up.
If you can open your software, go to the question mark at the top, and under "register product," you will find the codes and your name, and in "passport," the serial number and codes.

Remember to mark your message as "resolved" if that is the case.

obliged to reinstall my PINNACLE 21 software after switching from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I am unable to complete this operation. I am being asked for the "EULA" (?) informing me that my software has already been installed. Can you help me? Thank you in advance!

Hello,

If you are compliant with this software, you must have a license that you have accepted (End User License Agreement) and you probably need to enter the appropriate code to enjoy Pinnacle 21... or pay for the update.

I’m in compliance, I’ve noted the license key. It states that the license has already been installed on a different system. Below in red: The registered email does not match.

Did you change your email? You might also need to uninstall the previous license (I don't know how... Ah, open-source software...)
