I have no sound with Pinnacle 21

Hello,
I have no sound in Pinnacle Studio! There's no problem with the rest of the computer.
I had version 17, I deleted it and installed version 21 but the issue persists!
I think I made a wrong operation by plugging and unplugging my headphones.
Apparently, I have deleted HDAUDIO but I don't know how to get it back, if the issue comes from there... I'm very bothered.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

Hello, start by clicking on the speaker icon at the bottom right of your PC, right-click on "Volume Mixer" and you should find the slider dedicated to your software to activate it.

Good evening! The sound came back (and has gone away 4 or 5 times since!)
Regularly the sound disappears from Pinnacle during editing (and often when I launch a video on VLC next to it, for example).
The only way I had found to solve the problem was to do system restores, but I can no longer do that (I don't know why either).
I am now stuck. I can no longer edit and I am very frustrated.
In the Volume Mixer everything seems normal for Pinnacle! But there is no sound when I move the slider.
I have sound everywhere else on the computer except in Pinnacle.
I am desperate! Please help me.

you can also send a message to Pinnacle Corel to ask for help, they respond quickly

Nothing is crossed out in Pinnacle, I checked everything.
