No video input après mise en veille

Bonjour,

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.88

Well, change the cable and then adjust your settings on the screen!
Maybe it will even be detected immediately

Thank you! How do I make the adjustment? Instead of VGA, should I use HDMI?

Hello,
does the error message display whether the computer is on or off?

Hello, as soon as we put the screen to sleep or it goes to sleep automatically, the screen goes black and the message appears afterwards. I don't know if the whole computer is turned off or just the screen.

I think it comes from your connection.
If you only have a VGA output on your PC, you need at least a DVI adapter for the signal to pass to your screen.
It's strange that your PC only has a VGA output. Nowadays, we have all the connections: HDMI, Display Port, DVI, VGA (less commonly).
Where did you buy it?

I bought the central unit at Auchan and the screen at Boulanger. There is indeed only one VGA port behind the central unit, but I have another free port behind the screen and I'm not sure if that's the VDI?

Can you tell me the reference of your HP PC? Because it seems to me like very old equipment!!
Or very low-end and it can't keep up with the new connection standards!!
It's surprising to sell such equipment!!
Thank you

A priori, you have an HDMI input. Check if your screen also has one??

Yes, we have an HDMI cable that connects the CPU to the screen.

I've switched the input to HDMI instead of VGA, I tried putting it in sleep mode and I'm still getting the same message! It only does this in sleep mode.

Otherwise, does it work?
How long does the standby take to activate?

After 30 minutes. In the end, I completely removed the HDMI cable and everything works now! The input was apparently switching to HDMI automatically when coming out of sleep mode.
